Multiplication Table Generator

The motivation for this comes from The Big Book of Small Python Projects. This is #49, Multiplication Table.

The form below asks that you provide two numbers between 1 and 25 and you will be a multiplication table back of X by Y size. If you'd like, there is an option at the bottom of the resulting table to download the result as a CSV file. Good luck and good math!
